The pride of my PT boyfriend, the envy of his clients and everyone else who I come across.

I’m seeing a psychologist for the first time on Monday to hopefully help me sort out my various issues…

I’m so scared, and bad at vocalising my feelings. I dont know if I can tell them everything too.. Does anyone have any advice?

  1. jjaaz said: I’m a grad student in a counseling program. I’ve been in therapy for over a year. I know how difficult it is to open up to someone you don’t know but you should be so proud of yourself! The changes I’ve made have been remarkable. Good for you!
