WORKOUTS -  16/1/11 -  20 minutes cross trainer - 170 calories 1 hour recumbent bike - 260 calories TOTAL - 430 calories burned 17/1/11 -  Weights/Resistant Training Program - 30 minutes - approx 200 calories 20 minutes treadmill incline walking - 180 calories 25 minutes recumbent bike - 200 calories TOTAL - 580 calories (approx) burned. Lost 300g since last Friday. yay! Updating CW now.

What do you do when you're bored at home alone?
