Stepper - 10 mins - 60 calories
TOTAL - 330 calories burned

Weights/Resistant Training Program - 30 minutes - approx 200 calories
20 minutes treadmill incline walking - 180 calories
25 minutes recumbent bike - 200 calories
TOTAL - 580 calories (approx) burned.
Lost 300g since last Friday. yay! Updating CW now.

Besides Tumblr. I’m on 3 months of uni holidays. I’m waiting another month until my part time job starts. I’m trying to save money. I’ve only lived in my city a short time so I don’t have a huge network of friends to hang out with. I’m not artistic/creative. There’s only so much time I can spend at the gym.
